Der Inhaltsbereich "Den Körper wahrnehmen und Bewegungsfähigkeiten ausprägen" setzt auf einer elementaren Ebene an und schafft Gelegenheiten für vielfältige personale, materiale und soziale Erfahrungen, die Voraussetzungen für eine gesunde Entwicklung, für ein sicheres Bewegen im Alltag und für eine Teilhabe an der außerschulischen Bewegungs-, Spiel- und Sportkultur sind. Dabei geht es um die Auseiandersetzung mit dem eigenen Körper, um den Erwerb von Bewegungssicherheit in alltäglichen Bewegungsgrundformen, um die Verbesserung der Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit und das Zusammenspiel der Sinne, um die Raumorientierung sowie um die Entwicklung und Stabilisierung koordinativer und konditioneller Fähigkeiten.

Die Literatur wird in der ersten Seminarsitzung bekannt gegeben.
