Dem außerschulischen Lernort Museum wird ein hohes didaktisches Potenzial beigemessen. Der Unterricht im Museum bedarf allerdings sorgfältiger Planung. Ziel des Seminars ist es, ein Konzept für das Arbeiten einer Grundschulklasse im Hist. Museum Bielefeld zu entwickeln. Thematischer Schwerpunkt wird "Industrialisierung" sein.
Folgender Ablauf ist geplant:- Inhaltliche Einarbeitung der Studierenden in Themenfelder des Hist. Museums
- Hospitation in einer 4. Klasse der Bückardtschule
- Erarbeitung eines Konzepts für eine 4. Klasse
- Durchführung im Museum
Einige Termine werden im Hist. Museum stattfinden. Dafür wird ein Zeitrahmen von 90 Minuten zu eng sein. Es ist empfehlenswert, dass die Studierenden die Möglichkeit von Doppelsitzungen einplanen (10 - 14 Uhr), die Zahl der Seminartermine wird entsprechend reduziert werden.
