Die Vorlesung wird s. t. beginnen. Bitte eine öffentlichrechtliche Gesetzestextsammlung sowie ein BGB mitbringen.
VORBEREITUNG: Um von der Vorlesung bestmöglich zu profitieren, ist es erforderlich, vor der ersten Einheit das (im Lernraum abrufbare) Skript durchzuarbeiten, etwaige Fragen anhand der darin angegebenen Vertiefungsliteratur oder eines Lehrbuchs zu klären und eine Lösung des abschließenden Falls zu entwickeln, damit dessen gemeinsame Besprechung am Schluß der zweiten Einheit sinnvoll möglich sei.
Es findet nach der neuen StudPrO keine Abschlussklausur im Staatshaftungsrecht statt.
