Anhand von Fallbeispielen:

-      Erkennen relevanter anatomische Strukturen in der Schnittbilddiagnostik.

-      Kenntnis von orientierender Befundung bildgebender Verfahren und Auswählen bildgebender Verfahren indikationsgerecht, patientenbezogen und situationsgerecht. Interpretation der Ergebnisse für weitere diagnostische und therapeutische Entscheidungen.

-      die Grundprinzipien der makroskop./ mikroskop. Bestimmung des Tumorstadiums nach TNM, der Tumorgraduierung und des Resektionsstatus an Operationspräparaten an ausgewählten Beispielen erläutern und daraus Konsequenzen für die Patientenversorgung ableiten.

-      punktionszytologische und feingewebliche Befunde interpretieren und für Ihre therapeutischen Entscheidungen nutzen.

-      die verschiedenen Arten von Biopsien und deren Zugangswege benennen und einordnen.

-      Prinzipien und Indikationen der stadienabhängigen operativen Therapie von malignen Tumoren der Lunge benennen und erklären können.

-      Prinzipien, Zugangswege und Techniken zur Tumorresektion z.B. Video-assistierten Thorakoskopie (VATS) erläutern können.

Fallbeispiele und interaktive Diskussionen unterstützen die Anwendung des theoretischen Wissens in der Praxis.

-      Prinzipien, Techniken und Indikationen der operativen Therapie von entzündlichen Erkrankungen der Lunge, der Thoraxwand und der Pleura.

-      Prinzipien, Technik und Indikationen der verschiedenen Verfahren zur Einlage einer Thoraxdrainage.

-      Operat. Zugangswege zum Thorax

Prinzipien der interventionellen Therapie des respiratorischen Systems (z.B. Punktionen).


Diese Veranstaltung ist Teil der Portfolioleistung im Modul 5-II-MEDPR.

Onkologische Thoraxchirurgie: Thorakale Tumoren: Lungenkarzinom, Pulmonale Metastasen, Pleurakarzinose

Behandlung entzündlicher und nicht-onkologischer Erkrankungen in der Thoraxchirurgie: Lungenabszeß, Pleuraerguss, Pleuritis, Pleuraempyem;

  • Pneumothorax, Spannungspneumothorax
  • Hämatothorax, Chylothorax
