Seminar zum Wirtschaftsrecht in der Türkei in Türkischer Sprache
Das Seminar ergänzt den Einführungskurs in das Türkische Recht. Die Teilnahme
am Seminar ist freiwillig. Eine Teilnahmebescheinigung über die Anwesenheit
wird am Ende ausgestellt.
Das Blockseminar findet am 05.06.2010 statt.Inhalt des Blockseminars ist das Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht in der Türkei.
Folgende Themen werden behandelt:- Handelsrechtsverfahren
- Einführung in das Wirtschaftsrecht und die Betriebswirtschaft
- Wichtige Begriffe des Türkischen Handelsrechts
- Der Begriff „Handel“, die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen und Auswirkungen des
Handels
- HandelsgerichtsbarkeitInnerhalb des Gesellschaftsrechts:
- Elemente der Gesellschaftsvereinbarungen
- Einzelheiten zu den Aktiengesellschaften
