Schwerpunkte der Veranstaltung werden sein der Erwerb und Verlust des Eigentums an Grundstücken, der Inhalt des Eigentums an Grundstücken, die Grundpfandrechte, die Vormerkung sowie das formelle Grundbuchrecht. Sie wendet sich in erster Linie an Hörerinnen und Hörer des Schwerpunktbereiches Private Rechtsgestaltung und Prozessführung (SPB 1).
Das Liegenschaftsrecht gehört zu den möglichen Gegenständen der Klausur im laufenden Semester im Rahmen der Prüfung im SPB 1 (§ 35 Abs.1 mit Abs. 3 StudPrO 2023).
