Sprachbewertung ist eine zentrale Aufgabe des Deutschunterrichts. In der Regel nehmen DeutschlehrerInnen diese Aufgabe auch außerhalb der Bewertung von Klassenarbeiten selbstverständlich und beiläufig wahr. Im Seminar wollen wir diese Selbstverständlichkeit problematisieren. Es geht u.a. um folgende Fragen: Welche Bereiche des Sprachgebrauchs sind normativ geregelt oder lassen sich normativ regeln? Wann muß ein Lehrer normativ entscheiden? Nach welchen Kriterien wird Sprachkritik und Sprachbewertung in Wissenschaft und Publizistik praktiziert? Welche Kriterien wenden wir selbst an? Welche subjektiven Theorien kommen dabei zur Geltung?
