Die "Weingartener Woche zum Einwanderungs- und Flüchtlingsrecht" ist als Einführungsveranstaltung in den einwanderungsrechtlichen Teil des Schwerpunktbereichs 6 konzipiert und daher essentieller Ausbildungsteil des SPB 6. Neben geschichtlichen und soziologischen Fragen werden insbesondere das Aufenthalts-, Flüchtlings- und Staatsangehörigkeitsrecht sowie Fragen der sozialen Rechte von Ausländern und Anti-Diskriminierung behandelt. Die Veranstaltung wird von namhaften Referentinnen und Referenten aus Praxis und Wissenschaft abgehalten.Aufgrund der begrenzten Teilnehmerzahl ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung bis zum 27.02.2011 bei Luise Buschmann (luise.buschmann@uni-bielefeld.de, UHG T7-111) erforderlich.
Die Veranstaltung wird gemeinsam mit der Akademie der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgarten in Weingarten am Bodensee durchgeführt. An- und Abreise ab Bielefeld wird durch den Lehrstuhl Davy organisiert. Dank erheblicher finanzieller Unterstützung durch die Akademie und die Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft der Universität Bielefeld werden die Gesamtkosten für die Teilnehmer voraussichtlich bei unter 100 Euro liegen (inkl. Fahrt, Vollpension, Unterbringung im DZ, Referentenkosten etc.).
