Im Praktikum wird neben der Qualifizierung einer Prozesschromatographieanlage die Validierung einer analytischen Methode durchgeführt. Der vermehrte Einsatz von isposable-Bags in der biotechnologischen Produktion erfordert den Nachweis von Leachables und Extractables aus Plastikbags. Im Praktikum werden verschiedene Bag-Filme auf Extractables untersucht.
