Funktion und Regulation der Hypothalamus-Hypophysen-Zielorgan Achse erklären können.

Die verschiedenen Formen der Hypophysenadenome kennen. Symptome der hormonaktiven Hypophysenadenome kennen und benennen können. Die Zeichen der Hyphphysenvorderlappeninsuffizienz kennen.

Laborwerte zur Beurteilung der Hypophysenvoderlappenfunktion indikationsgerecht kennen. Stimulationsteste der Hypophysenvorderlappenfunktion kennen (Releasing-Hormon Teste, Insulinhypoglykämie-Test)

Die Indikationsstellung zur Bildgebung bei Hypophysenprozessen kennen.

Die medikamentöse Therapie der hormonaktiven Hypophysenadenome kennen. Die Notfalltherapie bei Hypophysenvorderlappeninsuffizienz (Flüssigkeitssubstitution, intravenöse Cortisoltherapie) kennen.

Die Notwendigkeit der Patientenaufklärung und Empowerment des Patienten zur Selbstmedikation bei Notfällen kennen und vermitteln können

Die Ursachen des Diabetes insipidus zentralis kennen (Kraniopharyngeome, Operationen im hypothalamo-hypophysären Bereich, genetische Störungen).

Symptome des Diabetes insipidus zentralis und des Syndroms der inadäquaten ADH-Sekretion kennen und benennen können.

Die Diagnostik über Laboruntersuchungen beider Störungen kennen, Abgrenzung gegenüber einer habituellen Polydipsie.

Die medikamentöse Therapie des Diabetes insipidus zentralis und die Therapieüberwachung kennen.

Wissen um notwendige interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Augenärzten, Radiologen, Neurochirugen

Praktische Fähigkeiten:

Eine Finger-perimetrische Untersuchung zur Einschätzung einer bi-temporalen Hemianopsie durchführen können
