Die Vorlesung ist als Zusatzangebot für Studierende des 1. Semesters konzipiert, um diesen das beim Besuch der Veranstaltung Grundkurs Strafrecht Allgemeiner Teil II (Frau Prof. Dr. Harzer) vorausgesetzte Grundlagenwissen (Stoff der Veranstaltung Grundkurs Strafrecht Allgemeiner Teil I) in möglichst komprimierter Form zu vermitteln. Den thematischen Schwerpunkt bilden daher das vorsätzliche Begehungsdelikt und die verschiedenen Stufen des Straftatbegriffs (Tatbestandsmäßigkeit, Rechtswidrigkeit, Schuld). Weiterführende Informationen werden rechtzeitig zum Vorlesungsbeginn im Internet auf den Seiten des Instituts für Rechtstatsachenforschung und Kriminalpolitik erscheinen.
