In diesem Praktikum soll der einzelne Teilnehmer anhand einer ausgewählten Aufgabenstellung aus dem Interessengebiet des Lehrstuhls Erfahrungen in der experimentellen biochemischen, physiologischen und/oder molekular-biologischen Laborarbeit sammeln und an die selbstständige Bearbeitung eines Themas herangeführt werden, wie sie bei einer Examens- oder Diplomarbeit geleistet werden muß. Die Veranstaltung ist für Studierende am Ende des Haupstudiums gedacht, die ihre experimentelle Abschlußarbeit am Lehrstuhl für Stoffwechselphysiologie durchführen wollen. [Lf: n; 50: n; Fs: n]
