Am Beispiel der nordrhein-westfälischen Landtagswahlen befasst sich die VA mit den grundlegenden institutionellen Strukturen des deutschen Föderalismus und des politischen Systems.
Diese Veranstaltung gilt als "Einführung in das Politische System".
Die Formen der aktiven Teilnahme werden zu Beginn der Veranstaltung mitgeteilt.
