Themen: Im Seminar wird der Ansatz des integrativen Sprachunterrichts verfolgt. In diesem Ansatz sollen den Sprachlerner die Bezüge zwischen den einzelnen Lernbereichen Mündliche Kommunikation, Textproduktion, Umgang mit Texten, Reflexion über Sprache und Rechtschreiben verdeutlicht werden.
Die Lernbereiche werden in Themen und Sachverhalte integriert, für die die Lernenden kognitive und motivationale Anknüpfungspunkte haben. In jeder Sitzung wird es schwerpunktmäßig um einen Lernbereich und die möglichen Bezüge zu den anderen Bereichen gehen.
Unterstützt wird die Präsenzlehre durch ein e-Learning System in dem die Kursteilnehmer das Gelernte anhand von Übungsaufgaben vertiefen sollen.

Voraussetzung für die Bescheinigung der aktiven Teilnahme ist die regelmäßige Anwesenheit und die Bearbeitung (50% der jeweils möglichen Punkte) aller Übungsaufgaben.
Ein unbenoteter Einzelleistungsnachweis ist ebenfalls abhängig von der regelmäßigen Anwesenheit und kann durch die erfolgreiche Bearbeitung (90% der jeweils möglichen Punkte) aller Übungsaufgaben erreicht werden.
Eine benotete Einzelleistung kann durch die Teilnahme an der Abschlussklausur erworben werden. Ansonsten gelten dieselben Bedingungen wie für die aktive Teilnahme.
