? Die Studierenden können unterschiedliche Gründe dafür erläutern, warum Zwangsbehandlungen ethisch fragwürdig sind. (Selbstbestimmungsrecht, körperliche Integrität, Würde)? Sie können den Unterschied zwischen einer zwangsmäßigen Unterbringung und einer Zwangsbehandlung benennen und ethisch begründen.
? Sie können Situationen, in denen eine Zwangsbehandlung notwendig erscheint, vor dem Hintergrund ethischer Gründe kritisch reflektieren.
? Sie können die Idee der Odysseus-Verträge am Beispiel Bielefelder Modell der Behandlungsvereinbarungen erläutern.
? Warum bedürfen Zwangsbehandlungen grundsätzlich einer ethischen Rechtfertigung?? Paternalismus im psychiatrischen Kontext
? Unterscheidung zwischen zwangsmäßiger Unterbringung und Zwangsbehandlung
? Einwilligungsfähigkeit
