Die Absolventin und der Absolvent gestalten eine vertrauensvolle, stabile Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung und beherrschen eine professionelle und patientenzentrierte Gesprächsführung unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Gesprächstypen, Gesprächsphasen und Gesprächsaufgaben.

Die Studierenden können

  • psychische, somatische, soziale, alters- und geschlechterbezogene Aspekte einer Erkrankung während des Gesprächs simultan berücksichtigen
  • zur Ressourcenaktivierung und Förderung von Eigenverantwortlichkeit entsprechende Techniken anwenden
  • die Art und Schwere der Wahrnehmungs- und Kommunikationsstörung erfragen und diese unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Settings entsprechend kommunizieren
  • Maßnahmen der \"unterstützten Kommunikation\", d. h. zur Erweiterung der kommunikativen Möglichkeiten, im Gespräch einsetzen
  • bei Bedarf (und immer wenn Patientinnen und Patienten von den Lippen absehen oder ein Blickkontakt notwendig ist) die Interaktion von der Kommunikation trennen und die Gesprächsführung entsprechend anpassen
