Trennung und Scheidung sind einschneidende Wendepunkte im Leben von Eltern und Kindern. Steht im gerichtlichen Verfahren für Mutter und Vater die rechtsverbindliche Beendigung eines Beziehungsverhältnisses im Mittelpunkt, geht es bei Kindern um Weichenstellungen für ihr zukünftiges Leben. Im Rahmen des Seminars werden Grundlagen und Folgen familienrechtlicher Verfahren erörtert und pädagogische Handlungsfelder in diesem Bereich vorgestellt, u.a. werden verschiedene Videofilme ausgewertet.
