Thema: Weiterentwicklung der computergestützten Gesundheitsberatung "online Gesundheitsprofile - online -BGM"
Es handelt sich um eine computergestützte Gesundheitsberatung die modular aufgebaut ist und seit vielen Jahren in Praxisprojekten bearbeitet wird. Es wird im Rahmen von BGM-Massnahmen in Unternehmen angewendet. Nach Ausfüllen eines computergestützten Fragebogens wird dem Nutzer/in ein Gesundheitsprofil erstellt und zu den einzelnen Modulen beraten. Nach Ablauf einer Erhebung in einem Unternehmen wird eine Analyse der Gesundheit im Gesamtbetrieb und den einzelnen Abteilungen erstellt, die Grundlage eines datengestützten BGMs sein soll. Das Instrument wurde bereits in mehreren Unternehmen angewendet. Geplant sind weiterhin Zusammenhangsanalysen mit strukturellen Bedingungen.
Im Rahmen des diesjährigen Praxisprojektes werden die Module "Diabetesrisiko", "kardiovaskuläres Risiko" ,Alkoholkonsum und Rauchen, WAI weiterentwickelt, adaptiert, programmiert und geprüft. Dies wird zu Beginn des Praxisprojektes besprochen und festgelegt.
