Betriebliche Weiterbildung ist heute mehr als das reine Managen von Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen. In den letzten Jahren hat es eine zunehmende Differenzierung dieses Feldes gegeben. Diese Differenzierung findet sich in neuen Formaten, der Breite der Themen, aber auch in der Einbettung in den organisationalen Kontext wieder. Diese Entwicklungen werden im Seminar zum zentralen Gegenstand gemacht. Dabei werden diese Entwicklungen anhand bestimmter aktueller Themen deutlich gemacht: Agilität, Verzahnung von PE und OE sowie Weiterbildung in der VUKA -Welt. Diese Themen werden zum einen in theoretischer und konzeptioneller Weise bearbeitet, auf der anderen Seite von Fallstudien veranschaulicht.
