Lernziele: Die wesentlichen prädisponierenden Faktoren für die Entstehung von Diabetes kennen und benennen.

Die hormonelle Regulation des Glukosestoffwechsels (Insulin, Glukagon, GLP, Glukokorticoide, Katecholamine) kennen und erklären können.

Die Symptome des Diabetes kennen und benennen können

Die verschiedenen Therapieformen des DM kennen und richtig einsetzen können.

Die interprofessionelle Vorgehensweise verstehen



Prädisponierende Faktoren, Genetik, Fehlernährung, Adipositas, Insulinresistenz, Metabolisches Syndrom, hormonelle Einflüsse (Darmhormone, Cortison, Wachstumshormon)

Symptomatik, Unterschiede zum Diabetes mellitus Typ 1

Diagnostik des DM mit BZ, OGT einschließlich POCT Methoden und HbA1C2

Komplikationen und Folgeerkrankungen mit mikro- und makrovaskulären Folgen: diabetische Nephropathie, Neuropathie, diabetisches Fußsyndrom,Retinopathie, pAVK, KHK

Therapie: Ziele patientenorientiert definieren, interprofessionelles Herangehen (Diabetesberater*innen, Ernährungsberater*innen, Rehabilitationsmedizin, Sport)

Lebensstil Beratung

medikamentöse Therapieprinzipien: orale Therapie: Metformin, DPP4-Inhibitoren, Glukosidasehemmer, Sulfonylharnstoffe, SGLT2-Inhibitoren, GLP-1-Rezeptoragonisten"�

Insulintherapie: intensivierte Insulintherapie, Kombinationstherapie, ((Pumpentherapie, closed-loop Systeme))
