Wird in einem Gutachten festgestellt, dass ein Anspruch besteht, beginnt in der Praxis vielfach erst die Arbeit. Der Anspruchsteller muss seinen Anspruch bei Gericht durchsetzen. Diese Veranstaltung erläutert die Stationen von der Klage bis zum gerichtlichen Urteil.
