201110 Medienkompetenzen im Biologieunterricht (S) (SoSe 2023)

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung sollen die Studierenden ihre eigenen Medienkompetenzen ausweiten sowie Möglichkeiten für die Vermittlung dieser im Biologieunterricht kennenlernen. Die Orientierung erfolgt am Medienkompetenzrahmen NRW. Der Fokus des Seminars liegt auf dem Kennenlernen und Anwenden diverser Software (Apps & Co) sowie Hardware, insbesondere des iPads. Zudem werden informatische Grundlagen, Informationskritik und –recherche, rechtliche Dinge wie Datenschutz, Urheber- und Lizenzrecht sowie Cyberkriminalität, Gefahren des Internets und digitale Barrierefreiheit behandelt. Externe Expert*innen unterstützen im Seminar.

Mediendidaktische Aspekte ergänzen die Seminarinhalte und dienen als Diskussions- und Planungsgrundlage. Anwendung finden die erlernten Inhalte in der Planung und Gestaltung einer Unterrichtssequenz, welche zum Ziel hat, die Medienkompetenzen der Schüler*innen im Biologieunterricht zu fördern. Die Unterrichtsideen werden im Sinne der Open Educational Resources in einem Portal für alle zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem erstellen die Studierenden eigene kleine Videos.
