In diesem Praktikum sollen Grundlagen zum Verständnis funktioneller und neurochemischer Prozesse im Gehirn und deren Implikation für Bepfindlichkeiten und Verhaltensweisen erarbeitet werden. Dazu werden experimentelle Studien zur präparativen Anatomie, Immunhistochemie und Neuropharmakologie durchgeführt. Pharmakologisch und pathologisch veränderte Verhaltensrepertoires werden zu Funktionen spezifischer Transmittersysteme und zu dem Konzept der Neuroplastizität in Beziehung gesetzt. Dieser Block versteht sich als Ergänzung zu der im WS stattfindenden Vorlesung zur allgemeinen und speziellen Neurobiologie (20 11 31) und setzt insofern die Teilnahme daran voraus. Eine Leistungskontrolle findet statt
