Die Studierenden können pathologische Veränderungen der Blutzellen im Mikroskop erkennen und ihre Charakteristika erklären.

Die Studierenden können pathologische Veränderungen der Blutzusammensetzung und deren Entstehung erklären.

Die Studierenden können typische klinische Präsentationen akuter myeloischer und lymphatischer Leukämien erläutern.

Die Studierenden kennen die Techniken der mikroskopischen Untersuchung von Blut und Knochenmark, Immunphänotypisierung und molekularen Techniken (Zytogenetik, FISH, Sequenzierungen)



Akute Leukämien

Definition: Klonale (neoplastische) Expansion unreifer Blasten auf >20% (30%*) im Knochenmark oder im peripheren Blut

FAB-Klassifikation*: Morphologie, Histochemie

?       Akute myeloische Leukämien: AML M0-M7

?       Akute lymphatische Leukämien: L1, L2, L3

?       Akute undifferenzierte Leukämien

?       Mikroskopische Untersuchung des Blutes: Differentialblutbild, Blastenausschwemmung

?       Knochenmark: Linksverschiebung, Hiatus leucaemicus

?       Molekulare Diagnostik:

o  Zytogenetik

o  FISH

o  Sequenzierungstechniken

WHO-Klassifikation: Berücksichtigung molekularer Befunde

Risikostratifikation anhand Molekularer Befunde

Akute Lymphatische Leukämien

Diagnostik:

?       Mikroskopische Untersuchung des Blutes: Differentialblutbild, Blastenausschwemmung

?       Knochenmarksunterscuhung: Immunhistologie

?       Subtypisierung: Immunphänotypisierung. MRD-Diagnostik
