Mit der Veranstaltung soll ein Überblick über die Rechts- und Verfassungsgeschichte zwischen 1803 und 1918 gegeben werden. Hierbei wird es namentlich um die Entwicklung des deutschen Konstitutionalismus und dessen heraufziehendes Ende gehen.
Es wird Gelegenheit zum Erwerb des "kleinen" Grundlagenscheins gegeben.
