L'analyse de Conversation, en tant que branche de la linguistique, se fonde sur l'hypothèse que les conversations quotidiennes, en tant que co-production des participants à l'interaction, se déroulent de manière ordonnée et méthodique sur la base de méthodes de raisonnements partagées par les acteurs. L'analyse retrace, à l'aide de données de conversation authentiques, l'organisation séquentielle de ces structures d'ordre.
Dans notre séminaire, nous aborderons d'abord les bases méthodologiques de telles analyses et découvrirons les outils analytiques nécessaires avant de procéder nous-mêmes à des analyses de conversations authentiques.

Au cours du séminaire, les participants établissent un portefeuille de termes techniques pertinents pour la méthode et participent activement à l'analyse des conversations. (= Studienleistung)
La 'Prüfungsleistung' consiste en une étude de cas de 10 à 15 pages (par personne). Une étude de cas est l'analyse qualitative approfondie d'un entretien entier (ou de séquences sélectionnées) selon les compétences acquises lors du séminaire.
