Das Seminar „Lehrer*innenhandeln“ umfasst die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Professionalisierung und Anforderungen an das Lehrer*innenhandeln von der Unterrichtsplanung und -entwicklung bis hin zur Unterrichtsreflexion. In Reflexion didaktisch-methodischer Modelle und Konzepte werden Anwendungsbeispiele für die Grundschule entwickelt und erprobt (s.o.).
Folgende thematische Bausteine werden thematisiert:
- Inklusion in der Grundschule: Definition, Ziele und Empirie
- Lehrer*innenpersönlichkeit: z.B anerkennendes Verhalten
- Inklusive Diagnostik
- Inklusive Didaktik: Individualisierung und Kooperatives Lernen
- Grundlagen der Unterrichtsplanung und -analyse
- Schulentwicklung: v.a. multidisziplinäre Kooperation

Die Veranstaltung wird voraussichtlich online (synchron) stattfinden.

Das Modul BiWi 16 darf nicht vorstudiert werden.

Student information

In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.

Der letzte Teil des Seminars soll als BLOCKVERANSTALTUNG gestalten werden.
Der Block wird am 4. Juni evtl. digital stattfinden. Ein Zeitfenster wird in der ersten Sitzung vereinbart. Bei der Blockveranstaltung werden die Unterrichtsentwürfe (Studienleistung) präsentiert und reflektiert. D.h. das Seminar findet vom regulär vom 13.4 bis zum 1.6. wöchentlich statt, nach dem Block endet das Seminar somit.
Grundlegend ist eine aktive Teilnahme, d.h. eine regelmäßige und engagierte Mitarbeit.
Weiterhin soll in Kleingruppen eine Unterrichtsreihenplanung zu einem selbst ausgewählten, grundschulspezifischen Thema entwickelt und präsentiert werden. Die Sequenz soll sich dabei auf Merkmale eines inklusiven Unterrichts beziehen. Zudem ist die Erstellung eines kurzen Reflexionspapiers erforderlich. Nähere Informationen hierzu erhalten Sie in der ersten Seminarsitzung.
