In diesen 90 Minuten soll der Grundstein

  • zum generellen Verständnis des EKGs
  • zum Vorgehen bei der (systematischen) EKG-Befundung
  • zum Erkennen von Erkrankungen im EKG
  • zum Erkennen von Herzrhythmusstörungen

gelegt werden.


Im ersten Teil des Seminars werden die Basics des EKGs vorgestellt:

  • was ist im EKG zu sehen?
  • welche Ableitungen werden verwendet?
  • wie kann dadurch der 3-dimensionale Stromverlauf 2-dimensional dargestellt werden?
  • wie wird der Grundrhythmus bestimmt?
  • wie wird der Lagetyp bestimmt?
  • wie werden Intervalle und Frequenzen gemessen?

Im 2. Teil des Seminars werden normale und pathologische EKG-Beispiele vorgestellt:

  • was sagt uns die P-Welle?
  • was kann man am QRS-Komplex sehen?
  • welche Bedeutung haben ST-Strecke und T-Welle?
  • welche Bradykardien gibt es?
  • welchen Ursprung können Tachykardie haben?

A: Bücher:
1. ECG from Basics to Essentials. Step by Step (Roland X. Stroobandt, S. Serge Barold, Alfons F. Sinnaeve, 2016, Wiley-Blackwell)
Das Buch ist zwar in Englisch, ist aber absolut unerreicht, sowohl im Unterhaltungswert, als auch im Erklären des EKGs. Es gibt kein deutsches Äquivalent! (Z. B. bei Lehmann's 55,32 EUR).
2. EKG-Information. Vom Anfänger zum Profi. Klaus von Olshausen (Autor), eBook Download (PDF), 8. Aufl. 2005, Steinkopff-Verlag (erhältlich z. B. bei Lehmann's, 6,99 EUR). Zwar inzwischen alt, aber alles immer noch gültig. Das systematischste und für mich das beste deutsche EKG-Lehrbuch.
B: Internet
1. Fokus EKG (https://www.fokus-ekg.de/). Alle wichtigen Themen werden sehr gut besprochen, Themen können alphabetisch rausgesucht werden, sehr gelungen!
2. Dr. Smith's ECG Blog (http://hqmeded-ecg.blogspot.com/): Für mich das Internet-Non-Plus-Ultra! Sorry, schon wieder Englisch ... Nichts zum systematischen Lernen und eher was für ziemlich Fortgeschrittene. Lebt vom Blog, Diskussionen, echte Fälle, die meisten akute Notfälle, täglich neue. Tolle Background-Informationen zu Herzinfarkten und anderen Notfällen im EKG, EKG-Bücher zum runterladen, Podcasts, Lectures, etc. Hoher Unterhaltungswert, wenn man Notfälle und Quiz mag.
3. Life in the Fast Lane (https://litfl.com/ecg-library/): Auch Englisch, aber tolle, riesige EKG-Bibliothek, alphabetisch zum Suchen des gewünschten Themas, etwas für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Gute Erklärungen, sehr gut zum Lernen.
4. ekg.training (https://ekg.training/): Leider kostenpflichtig, aber auf der Homepage gute (kostenlose) Einführung. Große Sammlung von Einzelthemen, Patientenfällen, Diskussionen, theoretischen Erklärungen.
5. You-tube: Einfach EKG (oder ECG für Anglophile ...) eingeben, unendlich viele Videos. Ich finde ein paar Videos von ekg.audits, ekg.training und ekg.konferenz ganz brauchbar.
