Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden verschiedene gegenwärtig relevante soziologische Theorien vorgestellt und diskutiert. Im Zentrum stehen dabei einerseits ¿Schlüsselkategorien¿ der jeweiligen Ansätze, die in den Denkstil der einzelnen Theorien einführen. Andererseits soll es auch darum gehen, von den noch so unterschiedlichen Theorien generalisierbare soziologische Perspektiven zu abstrahieren.
