Die Veranstaltung findet mit Herrn Polizeipräsidenten Schenkelberg/Düsseldorf statt. Sie findet als Blockseminar in der Zeit vom 25.6.-27.6.2009 statt.

1. Videoüberwachung im öffentlichen Raum
Zulässigkeit und Grenzen
Sonderfall: Videoüberwachung des fließenden Verkehrs
Faktische Wirkungen der Videoüberwachung: Verhinderung, Aufklärung oder Verdrängung von Kriminalität2. Alkoholverbote durch ordnungsbehördliche Verordnungen?
Zulässigkeit und Grenzen, insbesondere: Sperrzeiten
Sonderfall: Alkoholverbote durch straßenrechtliche Satzungen?
