In einer Zeit wachsender sozialer und wirtschaftlicher Verwerfungen sind alternative Ansätze zur Bewältigung künftiger Herausforderungen gefragter denn je. Zahlreiche Bürgerinitiativen und NGOs haben unter Einbeziehung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse mit Vorschlägen darauf reagiert, um ihren Wunsch nach Veränderung der Situation zu artikulieren.
In der Spezialveranstaltung wird ein von Christian Felber sehr differenziert entwickelter Wirtschaftsansatz präsentiert und zur Diskussion gestellt: die Gemeinwohlökonomie - auch mit Hinweisen auf verwandte Ansätze. Bei ausreichend Interesse kann die Veranstaltung als Arbeitsgemeinschaft fortgesetzt werden, um weitere Aspekte zu vertiefen.
