In der Vorlesung werden die für den Strafprozess besonders wichtigen Rechtsmittel und Rechtsbehelfe behandelt. Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Revision. Es erfolgt ferner eine Einübung in die strafprozessuale Gutachtentechnik. Praxisbezüge werden hergestellt. Die Vorlesung wird gemeinsam von Herrn RiBGH Dr. Georg Zimmermann und Prof. Dr. Barton durchgeführt.
Strafprozessuale Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert. Es wird ein Reader ausgegeben. Als Leistungskontrollen werden Klausuren und Hausarbeiten angeboten.
