Gibt es kleine Schreibaufgaben für Zwischendurch?
Wie vermittle ich das Abkürzen im Gutachten?
Wie vermittle ich das Formulieren eines Meinungsstreits?
Wann ist ein Gutachten ein gutes Gutachten? Welche Kriterien gibt es?
Wie können die Teilnehmer ihre Probeklausur überarbeiten?
Die zentrale Frage lautet: Wie kann man den Gutachtenstil vermitteln? Im Workshop werden Übungen vorgestellt und ausprobiert, die bereits erfolgreich in Tutorials und anderen Veranstaltungen eingesetzt wurden.
