291010 Aufbau- und Vertiefungskurs Besonderes Schuldrecht (V) (WiSe 2014/2015)

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende im Hauptstudium. Hier soll das Wissen aus den Grundkursen Vertragliche Schuldverhältnisse (Kaufrecht, Mietrecht etc.) und Gesetzliche Schuldverhältnisse (Delikt, GoA, Bereicherungsrecht) anhand von (teils vereinfachten) Exa-mensfällen wiederholt und vertieft werden. Auch der Stoff des Grundkurses BGB Allgemei-ner Teil wird gelegentlich vorkommen. Es wird nicht abstrakt Wissen vermittelt, sondern die Anwendung auf Fälle trainiert. Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Falllösung ist sehr erwünscht und im Interesse der Mitarbeitenden, da man so viel mehr lernt. Die Sachverhalte werden vorher in JurMoodle eingestellt, eine Vorbereitung ist also möglich (und sinnvoll). Lösungen können leider nicht eingestellt werden, da das JPA dies nicht wünscht. Es gibt aber eine ausführliche Lösungsskizze an der Tafel.
