201109 Molekularbiologische Experimente für den Schulunterricht (Ü+S) (SoSe 2024)

In dieser Übung werden von den Teilnehmenden Versuche zu molekularbiologischen und genetischen Inhalten der Lehrpläne für die Sekundarstufe I und II entwickelt und durchgeführt. Die Studierenden lernen die dafür nötigen Chemikalien fachgerecht zu lagern, zu verwenden und zu entsorgen. Die Studierenden erwerben praxisbezogene Kenntnisse zu den Inhaltsfeldern der schulischen Einführungs- und der Qualifizierungsphase mit Bezug zur Genetik und bereiten diese didaktisch auf. Sie bereiten schulgeeignete Experimente vor und unterstützen Schülerinnen und Schüler bei der Durchführung und Auswertung dieser Experimente. Die Experimente können später in der Schule oder in Schülerlaboren mit SchülerInnen aus Biologiekursen der Jahrgangstufen 8-13 durchgeführt werden.
