Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, Basiswissen für die Auseinandersetzung mit Fragen des Strategischen Managements in der Wirtschaftspraxis zu vermitteln. Dazu wird ein Überblick über die Bandbreite der Steuerung der mittel- bis langfristigen Unternehmungsentwicklung geboten.
Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 90 HörerInnen begrenzt. Eine zum Teil interaktiv gestaltete Veranstaltung mit vorlesungsbegleitenden Prüfungen ist hierauf zum Erhalt der Lehrqualität sowie aus Kapazitätsgründen angewiesen. Die i. W. zufallsbasierte Auswahl der TeilnehmerInnen wird in der ersten Vorlesungswoche vorgenommen. (Beachten Sie von daher die eMails an die registrierten TeilnehmerInnen in den Wochen vor Vorlesugnsbeginn.)
Das Konzept für die Veranstaltung verbindet die positiven Elemente multimedialen Lernens mit denen der herkömmlichen Präsenzlehrveranstaltungen durch das „Blended Learning“. Die Veranstaltung wird verschiedene Lern- und Prüfungsbausteine verwenden: klassische Lehrvortrag, eLearning-Einheiten, Praktikervortrag, Fallstudien in Gruppenarbeit, Lehrgespräch. Aktive Mitwirkung (in der Gruppe) ist von daher unabdingbar zum Lernerfolg.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Im Wintersemester 2009/10 wird es aufgrund der hohen Anzahl von Interessenten eine zweite Veranstaltung zum „Strategischen Management“ geben, welche ebenfalls im Profilmodul 15 des Bachelorstudiengangs „Wirtschaftswissenschaften“ anrechenbar ist (4 LP).
