In dieser Vorlesung soll ein Überblick über die zur Zeit vorfindliche Persönlichkeitsansätze gegeben werden. Sowohl Grundannahmen als auch versuchte Operationalisierungen und eine Darstellung der methodischen Vorgehensweisen sowie Verhaltenskorrelate sollen herausgearbeitet werden. Die besprochenen Ansätze werden folgenden Modellen zugeordnet: Traittheorien, Psychodynamische Ansätze (hier werden auch psychoanalytische Auffassungen vorgestellt), phänomenologische Modelle (Rogers, Kelly). Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, die genannten Ansätze inhaltlich vorzustellen, Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiedlichkeiten dieser diversen theoretischen Konzeptionen verständlich zu machen.
