Pädagogisch Tätige haben es regelmäßig mit Gruppen von Klienten zu tun (nicht nur Schulklassen). Das Alltagswissen sagt, dass Gruppen anders sind als Einzelpersonen, allerdings sagt es oft genug nicht, wie eigentlich. Das Seminar zieht psychologische Arbeiten theoretischer und empirischer Art heran, um dieser Frage nachzugehen und Hinweise zu erarbeiten, wie mit Gruppen praktisch umgegangen werden kann. Dabei soll ausreichend Raum gelassen werden, die theoretischen Erkenntnisse in praktischen Übungen umzusetzen. Teilnahmevoraussetzung ist daher die Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit sowohl mit Blick auf das Erarbeiten von Literatur als auch mit Blick auf praktische Übungen einschließlich der notwendigen Reflexion.

Das Seminar ist scheinfähig für Studierende im Bachelorstudiengang Nebenfach Erziehungswissenschaft. Die Veranstaltung ist auf 30 Teilnehmer beschränkt. Gesonderte Onlineanmeldung erforderlich. Siehe http://www.uni.bielefeld.de/paedagogik/onlineanmeldung
