Der konstruktive Umgang mit Konflikten ist nicht nur ein unvermeidliches Alltagsthema, sondern beschäftigt auch wissenschaftlich arbeitende Psychologen. Das Seminar versucht, (1) zu ausgewählten Methoden der Konfliktbearbeitung theoretische Grundlagen zu erarbeiten, (2) Schlaglichter auf empirische Arbeiten zu setzen und (3) die Methoden in praktischen Übungen erfahrbar werden zu lassen. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen sind daher sowohl die Bereitschaft zur theoretischen Auseinandersetzung und aktiven Mitarbeit als auch die Bereitschaft, in Rollenspielen und anderen Übungselementen aktiv im Seminar mitzuwirken und diese Erfahrungen zu reflektieren.

Das Seminar ist scheinfähig für Studierende im Bachelorstudiengang Nebenfach Erziehungswissenschaft. Die Veranstaltung ist auf 30 Teilnehmer beschränkt. Gesonderte Onlineanmeldung erforderlich. Siehe http://www.uni.bielefeld.de/paedagogik/onlineanmeldung
