In diesem Seminar werden wir uns intensiv mit den verschiedenen Aspekten von Sprechakten und ihrer Klassifizierung beschäftigen. Wir werden uns mit den grundlegenden Konzepten der Sprechakttheorie vertraut machen und verschiedene Sprechhandlungsmuster kennenlernen. Dabei werden wir uns auch mit der Rolle der (Un-)Höflichkeit in Bezug auf die Realisierung verschiedener Sprechakte auseinandersetzen. Beispiele können Entschuldigungen, Fragen oder direktive Sprechakte wie Aufforderungen sein: Inwiefern werden diese Sprechakte unterschiedlich realisiert abhängig von makro-sozialen (Geschlecht, sozio-ökonomischer Hintergrund, Alter, Region etc.) und mikro-sozialen (soziale Distanz, Grad der Imposition, etc.) Merkmalen? Einen anderen Schwerpunkt wird die Untersuchung von pejorativen Sprechakten bilden, wie etwa Beleidigungen oder Hassrede. Wir werden uns auch mit den sprachlichen Merkmalen und sozialen Auswirkungen dieser Gruppe von Sprechakten befassen.
