Dieses Seminar ist bereits Teil des Spezialmoduls „Ökotoxikologie“ (Belegnummer 202332) und braucht von Teilnehmern des Spezialmoduls nicht zusätzlich belegt zu werden. Es ist daher für interessierte Studierende, die leider keinen Platz im Spezialmodul bekommen konnten oder die nur am Seminar teilnehmen möchten. Bitte zur Vorbesprechung am 07.10.2014 um 17.45 Uhr in Raum VHF-148 kommen (Gebäude der Verhaltensforschung).
Im Seminar werden Einträge von Schadstoffen in die Umwelt und deren Verteilung behandelt. Eingegangen wird anschließend auf die Aufnahmewege und die toxischen Effekte in Organismen und wie diese von anderen Umweltparametern beeinflusst werden (Bioverfügbarkeit). Standardisierte Labortests zur Bewertung von Chemikalien werden vorgestellt und auch deren statistische Auswertung (Berechnung von NOEC- und LOEC- Werten per ANOVA, EC50- und LC50-Werte mit Regression). Die Seminarteilnehmer sollen anschließend aktuelle Arbeiten aus dem Bereich der Ökotoxikologie in kleinen Präsentationen vorstellen und diskutieren.
Nach Absprache kann das Seminar auch gerne auf Englisch stattfinden. Das Seminar wird passend zum Spezialmodul in der Zeit vom 01.12.2014 bis 30.01.2015 montags und dienstags von 10-12 Uhr laufen.
