In diesem Seminar werden wesentliche Ergebnisse aus der Schulforschung über guten Unterricht vorgestellt, also Aspekte des Unterrichtens aber auch der Leistungsbewertung und der Rückmeldekultur. Darüber hinaus wird die Rolle der Klasse als Lernumgebung und speziell Bedingungen wie Klassenstruktur, Klassenklima, Klassenorganisation und –führung thematisiert.
Auf Ebene der Schüler/innen müssen Faktoren wie Motivation, Einstellung zum Lernen (aber auch zu den Mitschüler/innen und Lehrenden) und das Selbstkonzept berücksichtigt werden.Zu diesem Seminar werden Vertiefungskurse angeboten: insbesondere die Schreibwerkstatt (Beleg-Nr. 250110) und die Didaktische Begleitung (Beleg-Nr. 250093).
