?        Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, die wichtigsten infektionsschutzrechtlichen Normen zu benennen.

?        Sie können die rechtlichen Unterschiede zwischen Überwachungsmaßnahmen sowie Maßnahmen einerseits zur Verhütung und andererseits zur Bekämpfung übertragbarer Krankheiten skizzieren.

?        Sie können die ärztlichen Pflichten erläutern, die ihnen durch das Infektionsschutzgesetz auferlegt werden.

?        Sie sind in der Lage, die Grundstruktur der öffentlichen Gesundheitsverwaltung wiederzugeben.


?        Überblick über die gesetzlichen Befugnisse zur Überwachung (?? 6 ff. IfSG), insb. Meldepflichten

?        Überblick über die gesetzlichen Befugnisse zur Verhütung übertragbarer Krankheiten (?? 16 ff. IfSG), insb. Impfpflichten

?        Überblick über rechtliche Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung übertragbarer Krankheiten (?? 24 ff. IfSG)

?        Rolle des Robert-Koch-Instituts der Gesundheitsverwaltung \"vor Ort\" (Gesundheitsämter) und Ärzt*innen als \"Schaltstelle des Gesundheitswesens\"

?        Darstellung der wichtigsten straf- bzw. bußgeldbewehrten ärztlichen Pflichten nach dem Infektionsschutzgesetz (?? 73 ff. IfSG)
