Das Kolloquium bietet für Promovierende wie für Diplom- und Masterstudierende die Möglichkeit, ihre Abschlussarbeiten vorzustellen und insbesondere theoretische und methodische Fragen der aktuellen Arbeiten zu diskutieren. Darüber hinaus werden nach Interesse weitere Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Planung und Durchführung einer längeren wissenschaftlichen Arbeit aufgegriffen und bearbeitet. Das Programm wird abgerundet durch Vorträge externer ReferentInnen zu aktuellen Themen der Geschlechterforschung, u.a. von Michael Meuser zu „Vaterschaft und Männlichkeit“ sowie McRobbie über „Top Girls“.
