Im Fokus des Seminars steht, wie Schulen sich vor Ort entwickeln, verändern und ihre Entwicklungsprozesse intern sowie extern steuern und begleiten.
Im Seminar werden sowohl theoretische Grundlagentexte sowie Beispiele aus der Praxis bearbeitet und reflektiert.
Grundsätzliche Leitfragen, wie z.B.:
o Welchen Rahmenbedingungen unterliegen Schulen im Entwicklungs- sowie im Veränderungsprozess?
o Welche eigenen Gestaltungsfreiräume haben sie und wie gelingt es ihnen sich nachhaltig und effektiv zu entwickeln?
o Welche Motivationen von außen und welche Motivationen von innen veranlassen Schulen dazu, sich und ihr Konzept kritisch zu hinterfragen und gegebenenfalls zu optimieren?
o Welche Rolle nimmt die Ganztagsschulentwicklung ein?
sollen helfen, den Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozess von Schulen strukturell und inhaltlich greifbar und transparent zu machen.

Als Teilnahmevoraussetzungen gilt die regelmäßige Teilnahme am Seminar, das Lesen, Vor- und Nachbereiten der Texte, eine kontinuierliche und aktive Mitarbeit im Seminar.

Vergabe der aktiven Teilnahme:
Die aktive Teilnahme kann durch die Übernahme von Kurzreferaten und deren schriftlicher Zusammenfassung und Reflexion erfolgen (6 Seiten).
Ebenso kann die Aktive Teilnahme erbracht werden, indem im Laufe des Semesters dreimal eine schriftliche Bearbeitung im Umfang von je zwei Seiten von Gedankenexperimenten, der Beantwortung von Fragestellungen aus dem Seminar oder eine Begriffsklärung (Definition) bzw. ein Vergleich von Definitionen erfolgt.
