270170 Grundlagen der Psychotherapie: Entspannungsverfahren und imaginative Verfahren (S) (SoSe 2024)

Entspannungsverfahren und imaginative Verfahren werden oftmals in der Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapie eingesetzt. Gerade um stressorientierte Belastungen zu reduzieren eignen sich kindorientierte Verfahren sehr gut. Doch die Unterschiede zu den Entspannungsverfahren bei Erwachsenen sind bisweilen groß. Selbstinstruktionen müssen angepasst und spielerisch aufgebaut werden. Zudem sollte das Alter des Kindes oder Jugendlichen sowie andere Aspekte (Familie, Umgebung, Störung, etc.) mit bedacht werden. Das Seminar ist sowohl theoretisch als auch deutlich praxisorientiert und vermittelt verschiedene Techniken und Möglichkeiten der Intervention.
Neben eher entspannungsbasierten Verfahren werden auch imaginative Techniken behandelt um so weitergehende Möglichkeiten auszuloten und zu vertiefen.
