Das Praktikum soll Studierende im Grundstudium der Molekularen Biotechnologie und der Naturwissenschaftlichen Informatik, die das Hauptfach Biotechnologie wählen möchten, in grundlegende Methoden der Biotechnik einführen. Es werden Versuche auf den Gebieten des mikrobiellen Wachstums, der mikrobiellen Produktbildung, des Wachstums von tierischen Zellkulturen, der enzymatischen Analyse und Kinetik sowie der Elektrophorese und Proteinanalytik durchgeführt.
Eine Einführung in das Praktikum und die Platzvergabe erfolgen in Veranstaltungen in der Woche vor Vorlesungsbeginn. Die Termine für die Einführung sind am 11. und 12. 04.. Bitte auch Aushänge und Web-Seite beachten !! Das eigentliche Praktikum beginnt am 15. 04. '02.
Hinweis für Studierende der NWI : Das Praktikum wird nicht als Block durchgeführt und wird nur im SS angeboten.
