Die Arbeitsgruppe Zellkulturtechnik führt eine zweisemestrige, aufeinander abgestimmte Vorlesungsfolge für die Einführung in Methoden der Zellkulturtechnik durch. Im Sommersemester wird die Gewinnung von Proteinen entweder aus Zellen oder aus Zellkulturüb erständen behandelt.
Vorausgesetzt werden biochemische Grundlagen von Proteinen. Die Vorlesung befaßt sich im einzelnen mit Konzentrierungsmethoden von Proteinen in wäßrigen Lösungen, Trennung von Proteinen nach ihren Eigenschaften, Trennung durch chroma tographische Verfahren, Bestimmung der Eigenschaften der Proteine über elektrophoretische Verfahren und Bestimmung der biologischen Aktivität der Proteine durch biologische Tests.
Zu dieser Vorlesung wird das Blockpraktikum "Proteinaufarbeitung" (39 10 07) angeboten. Der Besuch der Vorlesung ist Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Blockpraktikum.
