Das Praktikum umfasst Versuche zu folgenden Themen:
(1) Fermentation Zellkulturen, (2) Proteinaufreinigung, Chromatographie, (3) Wachstum adhärenter Zellkulturen, (4) Plasmidisolierung, PCR, (5) Fermentation Prokaryonten, (6) Produktaufarbeitung aus Prokaryonten.
Es dient zur Weiterführung in grundlegende Methoden der Biotechnik. Das Praktikum ist vorgesehen für Studierende des Studienganges Molekulare Biotechnologie. Der Besuch der Einführungsseminare am Beginn des Praktikums ist Pflicht (Anwesenheitsliste).
