250273 Zwischen Nähe, Distanz und Grenzverletzung – Potenziale und Herausforderungen der Beziehungsgestaltung in der Schule (BS) (SoSe 2025)

Die pädagogische Beziehung zwischen Lehrkräften und Schüler:innen kann einen großen Einfluss auf die biographische und schulische Entwicklung von Heranwachsenden haben. Unterstützende Nähe, Verständnis und Zuwendung von Seiten der Lehrkräfte können hierfür bedeutsam sein. Zugleich geht mit der Nähe zu Schüler:innen immer auch die Frage einher, was ein ‚zu viel‘ an Nähe ist, wann sie zu sehr ins Freundschaftliche kippt und mit Grenzverletzungen oder Übergriffen einhergeht. In diesem Seminar wird das Spannungsfeld von Nähe und Distanz in schulischen Kontexten aus professionstheoretischer Sicht analysiert. Ausgegangen wird hierbei von der grundlegend asymmetrischen Struktur pädagogischer Beziehungen, die mit einer machtvollen Position der Lehrkraft einhergeht. In der Lehrveranstaltung werden empirische Befunde diskutiert und Fragen nach Nähe und Anerkennung auch geschlechtertheoretisch und schulformspezifisch reflektiert. Filmische und mediale Beispiele bilden hierbei kasuistische Reflexionsanlässe. Abschließend wird auch auf Formen der sexualisierten Grenzverletzung eingegangen und es wird diskutiert, was eine ‚gute‘ Beziehungsgestaltung zu Schüler:innen ausmacht.
